Seasonal Student Facility Maintenance Worker
Lake Country Power is an electrical distribution cooperative with 43,000 services in northeastern Minnesota. We currently have two temporary openings for seasonal/summer facility maintenance workers; one opening located at our Mountain Iron service center and one opening located at our Kettle River service center.
Primary duties include lawn maintenance at Lake Country Power’s service centers, outposts, and substations. This position will require the student to report to their service center location and transport lawn maintenance equipment to outposts (Ely and Cook for the Mountain Iron location; Saginaw and McGregor for the Kettle River location) and to various substations located throughout our service territory. Wages are $15/hour.
Required qualifications include:

18 years of age or older.

Enrolled in a post-secondary education program

Class D Minnesota Driver's License

Experience operating and transporting lawn equipment.

Candidates must pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
